Close one door and another one opens...

The big illustrating assignment that had been hanging over my head for a month and a half finally disappeared, by mutual agreement...final decisions just couldn't seem to get made so I could actually start, but the deadline hadn't moved an inch. There were a LOT of illustrations needed--200+ a cover--and the time just kept getting shorter.

Today I asked how things were going and told my editor I needed to make a decision about scheduling my fall classes.  And found that the decision was STILL up in the air. Soooo...it just wasn't to be.  Time's just too short, with everything else that's going on.

So now I'm free to plan my next class!

I've been thinking of an art journaling class, and I'm excited about that concept! It's what I've done the most of myself for the past 30 years, give or take, and I'm still excited after all these years. Still every bit as committed and challenged, as well! Soooo...despite the fact that I have other classes available on which the work's already done, this is SO tempting.

I could even include a bit on making your own simple journals...yep, it's exciting.

art journaling class

Would this class be an online class? I would be very interested if it was. My email is Knkz@aol.com.

Re: art journaling class

Yes, online! That works best for me, with everything else that's going on...it'll be my 4th year!
